Bridget is a results-oriented professional with over 25 years of success in all aspects of program management, including marketing, development, launch, and program transition. As the leader of program management, Bridget makes certain that the service expectations of all clients are met or exceeded by her team of expert program managers.

Bridget is also responsible for leadership of Pearson VUE’s “Innovation through Partnership” programme, which involves evaluating, integrating, and managing vendors and their technologies to supplement Pearson VUE’s system capabilities. Her in-depth understanding of clients’ testing challenges — resulting from direct oversight of their programmes — allows her to leverage technology partners who can both meet client needs and integrate well with our internal processes. Bridget holds a bachelor’s
degree from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire and an MBA from the University
of St. Thomas. 
Bryan Friess

Information Security and
Security Services 
Bryan is responsible for the execution of Pearson VUE’s global information security services, which encompasses policies and procedures, as well as audit response and incident management. In this role, he manages the test integrity and fraud investigation units, while
also leading a team that provides
client-focused security services such as web monitoring, data analytics, and content-based discovery investigations. 

Bryan has over 15 years of experience implementing security-focused technology, processes, and best practices at both the corporate and client levels. Bryan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Information Systems from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois. He also maintains a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).  
Dr. Jacqueline Malarkey
Senior Psychometrician
Since joining Pearson VUE in 2012, Jacqueline has been an integral part of its psychometric team, working closely with a range of clients across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. As senior psychometrician, she leads all elements of the test design process, from developing test blueprints and standard setting, to supporting ongoing maintenance and evaluation of programs.

She helps clients develop and maintain exams that are fair and reliable for
candidates, in addition to meeting the requirements of the client and other stakeholders. 
 
Jacqueline earned a B.A. with honors in Natural Science and an MSci in Earth
Sciences from the University of Cambridge, as well as a Ph.D. in Geochemistry from Durham University. 
Eric H. D’Astolfo

Business Development
As vice president of business development, Eric D’Astolfo is responsible for activities serving the professional licensure and certification, academic, regulatory, and federal markets. He has
30 years of experience in the K–12 and certification testing industries, including test development, business development, and programme management.
In prior roles, Eric has served in a variety of leadership roles with The Princeton Review Canada, Harcourt Publishers, and the American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence (ABCTE). An active contributor to industry associations and committees,
he has served as both conference chair of the Innovations in Testing conference in 2015
and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Test Publishers (ATP)
in 2017.  
 
Eric earned an MA in English and American literature from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a BA in English Literature from New York University. 
Harry Samit
Director
Special Investigations
Harry Samit retired from the FBI in April 2020 after a 21-year career as a Special Agent. During his time in the FBI, Harry served as a case Agent and human source handler, while also performing collateral duties as a SWAT team member, SWAT observer/sniper, and Special Agent Aviator (Fixed Wing). Harry was assigned to the Minneapolis Division, working high-stakes international terrorism investigations of members of Al Qaeda, the Islamic State, and other violent extremist groups.
Harry Samit
He was the case Agent for the investigation of Zacarias Moussaoui, the only person convicted in a civilian court as a co-conspirator in the 9/11 attacks.  
  
In his final assignment, Harry was assigned to recruit and operate human sources whose task it was to collect evidence and intelligence supporting terrorism investigations. This mission involved planning and then executing complex operations in the United States and in the nations of Europe, Africa, and Asia. During these overseas operations, Harry acquired extensive experience working with personnel assigned to the FBI’s Legal
Attaché program and with the investigative and intelligence professionals of many
friendly nations.  
  
Before joining the FBI, Harry was an officer in the U.S. Navy for nine years. He was commissioned through the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) at the Pennsylvania State University as a Special Duty (Intelligence) Officer. Harry served for three years in Attack Squadron 35 aboard USS SARATOGA (with two operational deployments to the Mediterranean), for three years as a Defence Intelligence Agency Liaison Officer to the Canadian Forces in Ottawa, and for two years as the staff intelligence officer and an instructor at the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN).
Neil Wilkinson

Content Development
After joining the company in 2004, Neil supported the rollout of new Pearson Professional Centeres in the EMEA region. Following that, he provided both internal and external support for Pearson VUE’s item banking software. During this time, he built strong relationships with existing clients by assisting them as they implemented new and novel products.
Neil eventually took over as product owner for Pearson VUE’s test authoring tools, during which he provided strategic direction and prioritisation for the development of web applications and desktop software. Since 2016, Neil has served as Pearson VUE’s content development manager within the EMEA region. He is primarily responsible for developing high-quality test content across a wide range of subjects.
